At check-in, the seasonal rental agreement will be signed, and a refundable deposit of €15,000 will be established. This will be returned within a maximum period of 90 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection. The villa is rented exclusively for tourist accommodation and private residential use. Any commercial, advertising, cinematographic, professional photographic, event, filming, or similar activities are strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner.
3. Identification of Guests
The booking holder must provide a complete list of all guests staying at the property, along with their relationship to the holder, prior to check-in. Daytime visitors are permitted, provided that the house rules are respected. However, overnight stays by persons not included in the booking are not allowed without the express authorisation of the owner.
4. Acceptance
